Jessica Droste Yagan

Senior Manager, Sustainable Supply Chain, McDonald’s Corporation

A member of both the Corporate Social Responsibility and Worldwide Supply Chain Management teams at McDonald’s, Jessica works in a recently-created position dedicated to integrating sustainability into the global sourcing strategy. She has worked with McDonald's on sustainability issues since May 2006. Jessica's experience prior to McDonald's includes work at Harvard University on business and human rights, Gap, Inc. on CSR communications, Ann Taylor on Corporate Strategy, multiple NGOs on economic and community development, and state and U.S. governments on policy development. Also, she has co-authored two Harvard case studies on CSR and public-private partnerships. Jessica has a BA in Public Policy from Haverford College, an MBA from the Stanford Graduate School of Business, and an MPA from Harvard’s Kennedy School of Government. Jessica, her husband Sam, and their daughter Maggie live in Chicago.
