As he
looks to keep Kellogg at the forefront of management education,
Dean Jain has identified three areas – team, thought
and market leadership – which define his vision. Success
in all three areas will ensure the growth of the Kellogg School.
According to Dean Jain, "We are committed
to providing all of our students with a well rounded academic
experience - one that combines rigor, relevance and the opportunity
to develop the personal skills needed to be a successful leader
in a global, knowledge-based economy."
Team leadership will be taught through experiential
lessons in the classroom, extracurricular workshops and student-run
conferences. Thought leadership will occur through path-breaking
research co-created by faculty, students, and alumni. And
market leadership focuses on Kellogg anticipating future trends
and recommending solutions to the market place.
