Promissory Notes

Federal Stafford Loan

Please download the Master Promissory Note here, complete and send to the Kellogg School of Management Office of Financial Aid.

NU Loan :

The NU Loan application will be available on-line after May 15, 2004 here. After Student Loans has approved your NU Loan application, the promissory notes will be mailed to you and your co-signer (if applicable). The co-signer will be instructed to sign the notes (there will be a set for each disbursement) and then forward them to you. When you receive the notes, sign them immediately and return the appropriate copies to the Student Loan Office, 555 Clark St., 3rd Floor, Evanston, IL 60208..

Federal Perkins Loan:

For your Federal Perkins Loan, the Master Promissory Note will be held at the Student Loan Office. Student Loans will send you an e-mail requesting that you come to 555 Clark St. to sign the Master Promissory Note.

DO NOT HOLD PROMISSORY NOTES.  ALL NOTES HAVE AN EXPIRATION DATE.  CASH ADVANCES WILL NOT BE PROCESSED ON LOANS FOR WHICH NOTES HAVE BEEN ISSUED.
