Founded in 1983 by Andris Zoltners and Prabha Sinha, ZS Associates grew out of their work together at Kellogg, applying their academic study of sales and marketing dynamics to industry. Today, ZS Associates is a global management consulting firm specializing in sales and marketing. ZS now has over 1,000 people, across 17 offices, who work closely with sales and marketing organizations, typically Global 500 companies and their affiliates around the world, to develop optimal strategies and to implement them.
