David H. Sitrick
Mr. Sitrick is a partner in the law firm of Sitrick & Sitrick, with offices in Chicago and Skokie, Illinois, and specializes in high technology disciplines. He has over twenty years of experience as an engineer, an inventor, a patent attorney, a consultant and as an instructor. Mr. Sitrick has provided consulting and executive training workshops to numerous high tech companies in the U.S., Japan, and Korea. He has lectured to the U.S. Copyright Office by personal invitation from the Chief Copyright Attorney on the subject of implementing the Semiconductor Chip Protection Act. Mr. Sitrick has frequently lectured at Kellogg, and is an Adjunct Professor at Northwestern's Law School. Mr. Sitrick's technical and legal expertise relates to planning, negotiating, drafting agreements, licensing, infringement opinions, litigation support, and Intellectual Property (e.g. patent, copyright. trademark, etc.) in a very wide range of technical areas. Mr. Sitrick has degrees in electrical engineering and computer science from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and a Juris Doctor from Southern Methodist University in Dallas. His hands-on engineering at Ford Motor Company, Continental Can, and Texas Instruments provide him with extra and unique insight when combined with his patent and legal perspectives.
