Mind and Heart of the Negotiator (Third Edition)
(Prentice Hall, 2005), integrates negotiation and group
decision making with social psychological processes. Her
book, Making
the Team: A Guide for Managers
(Prentice Hall, 2004) examines internal team dynamics
and how to structure teams within the larger organization.
