Hyung Sup (Zack) Bhan is a marketing Ph.D. candidate at Northwestern University (Kellogg School of Management). With an industry focus on omni-channel retailing and durable goods, he is interested in the topics of customer relationship management, social influence, online reviews, and service delay. In his job market paper, he explores the interactions and the influences that happen within a household across different household members in the context of a major U.S. apparel omni-channel retailer. He uses econometric models (causal inference, quasi-experimental design) to answer his research questions.
