Michele Rogers serves as a liaison to nonprofit organizations in the Chicago area, academic director for nonprofit programs: United Way, Ascend National Business Growth for minority enterprise, National Minority Supplier Development (NMSDC), and other executive education programs, and director of LEAD Northwestern which introduces graduate business education to high school students from underserved areas. Focusing on growth of diverse enterprise in Chicago, Michele worked has worked with BCG and the Civic Committee (of Commercial Club) to enhance market opportunities for growth. She is a graduate of Williams College and holds an MBA degree from Harvard University.

After joining Kellogg to recruit the inaugural MMM class, Rogers held Assistant Dean positions in Experiential Learning, Student Academic Affairs, and Admissions & Financial Aid. Her experience includes directing graduate admissions for the Medill School, development with Harvard University, admissions with HBS, general and diversity consulting, and human capital management for Consolidated Diesel Co., being on the startup team Consolidated Diesel Co.- a J.I. Case and Cummins Engine Co. joint venture.

Rogers serves on the Board of Trustees for Williams College (MA), and is active in community and civic organizations involving education, youth, and economic development. She co-founded the Evanston Township HS Foundation to support extracurricular activity and is currently on the Board. She serves on the following Boards as well: Northlight Theater, Justin Wynn Fund for youth leadership, Harriett's Daughters for economic development in Chicago, Surge Institute for leaders in education, Male Mogul Initiative that provides marginalized youth with leadership and entrepreneurial resources, and the HBS Women's Student Association Alumni Advisory Board. She is on the advisory Board for Cedar Concepts-- the only chemical company owned by a Black woman, serves on the McGaw YMCA Audit Committee, and coaches middle school girls in Evanston's FAAM basketball league.

Rogers awards include the Bert King Service Award for HBS alumni, and she enjoys theater, sports, concerts, and exploring history's impact today's issues.
