In today's complex global business environment, it's no longer enough to merely respond to change. Successful leaders must be strategic about driving change, and that requires them to serve as catalysts in helping a dynamic business system evolve toward a new level of excellence. It means mastering a holistic approach to ongoing change, which is key to building an agile business environment and promoting human resiliency.

In this innovative program, you'll engage in project-focused learning using your own challenges as a platform for putting the latest theories and tools into practice. You'll leave equipped and inspired to empower your business to become more agile, the people involved more resilient and the entire enterprise better prepared to succeed in the face of relentless change. We encourage organizations to send teams to this program. Together, members will have the opportunity to create a plan, get feedback from faculty and other leaders with a fresh perspective and become "change champions" on your return to the office.

Leading Teams that Build Resiliency

  • Examine the "personalities of change" within teams and how to best leverage them
  • Learn to build cohesion and trust in times of uncertainty and ambiguity
  • Acquire tools for implementing and responding to organizational change

Leveraging Competitive Advantage

  • Explore how an organization in the midst of change can identify its unique resources and capabilities
  • Learn how to use them to implement new initiatives

Leading Contagious Change

  • Examine the complex dynamics of leading change and what it means to be a "change agent"
  • Learn how to leverage your social network to create lasting change

Communicating Through Change

  • Understand the importance and mechanisms of communicating through change
  • Develop a plan for formal and informal communication strategies through the different stages of change
