Program Highlights

Group Projects

During the first in-person week at the Allen Center on the Northwestern campus, we will be forming project teams. These teams will focus on a business issue that is important and that allows the participants to leverage what they are learning in the program. While time while be devoted to group project activities during the program, there is an expectation that the majority of the work will occur in between the sessions. In that spirit, we will have a check-in conference with a member of the Kellogg faculty in between each in-person session. And at the final in-person session, participants will have the opportunity to present their analysis and solutions to their fellow program participants as well as a panel made up of Kellogg faculty and experienced business leaders.

Webinars

In between each of the in-person sessions, we will schedule a webinar featuring leading thought leaders from Kellogg. These sessions are intended to supplement the in-person sessions and will be focused on areas of particular interest to the program, participants.

SPARK Sessions

SPARK is an opportunity to welcome new faculty and explore new Executive Education content with our participants who are in attendance at the Allen Center. SPARK classes are offered Tuesday evenings from 7:30 - 9:00 p.m. and are an opt-in enrichment experience for participants, faculty, and staff.

Guest Speakers

During the program, we will have several executive thought leaders and practitioners from major global companies talk about their experiences, as well as their perspective on what is required to lead a successful organization.
