Executive Development Program
Prepares middle-management executives with at least ten years of experience to assume general management responsibilities and become more effective leaders and change agents. You will learn leadership skills to manage at the interface of key functions and will be able to use strategic thinking to establish appropriate goals and get results.

Kellogg Management Institute
The "Best of an MBA" in a format that is sensitive to the business and family demands of busy executives. KMI is designed for the general manager with at least fifteen years of experience.

With a curriculum modeled after the Kellogg Management Institute in Evanston, the Kellogg Management Program - Miami Campus provides the essentials of an MBA in a format that is sensitive to the business and family demands of today’s executives. The program teaches relevant, actionable items across functional areas aimed at making an immediate impact on the careers of participants.

Women's Senior Leadership Program
