This executive education program will challenge senior staff and board members to confront how their boards and organizations measure up and how to apply new frameworks which can serve as keys to success.

Developing High Performing People

This program will present key concepts leaders need to attract, retain and develop high performing people committed to the mission of the organization and strategic nonprofit management. Fundraising & Marketing I

The objective of this nonprofit course is to give nonprofit leaders the opportunity to develop skills to evaluate, change, and implement new, effective marketing and fundraising programs. Participants will learn the role of leadership in fundraising and marketing; how to identify donors and prospects; and how to measure their effectiveness.

Fundraising & Marketing II - Challenges for Nonprofit Decision Makers

This advanced nonprofit education program will focus on high-level strategies that nonprofit leaders can apply to enhance their image and improve their fundraising. This seminar will address key marketing and fundraising concepts, including defining and exploring brand image in the community, the role technology plays in raising funds, and broadening a nonprofit's appeal, as well as solicitation strategies for today's donors.

Fundraising & Marketing III - A Practicum

Participants will explore how their organization can improve partnerships with others to further their mission and better meet social needs. The curriculum includes examples of alliance successes and failures and how to negotiate and manage partnerships.
