Kellogg collaborates with the Northwestern University School of Law to provide custom legal education programs for non-lawyer executives and managers. Law School faculty provide non-lawyers a basic understanding of critical legal concepts, helping them to avoid legal "landmines" that squander time, money, and reputations while leveraging the protections the law affords. Custom programs designed for Law School customers include instruction in intellectual property, contracts, litigation, tax law for accountants and other topics as required. Business law content can be delivered by Law School faculty in stand-alone programs or by Law School faculty teaching in programs that include leadership and general business programs offered in collaboration with Kellogg.
