The Kellogg School offers the following executive education programs in corporate governance, accredited by Institutional Shareholder Services (ISS).

Provides a comprehensive understanding of the responsibilities of board members and governance, equipping you with the tools, concepts, and strategies needed to become a more effective director. You will gain insight into committee functions, compensation issues, accounting problems, and boardroom dynamics.

The annual Corporate Governance Conference brings together senior executives, board members and institutional investors from around the world for a series of panel discussions on global governance. These discussions on current issues in business are designed to stimulate interaction among attendees. Sponsored by the Kellogg School of Management, Spencer Stuart and Booz Allen Hamilton, the goals of the conference are: to inspire lively discussion, healthy debate and ultimately act as a measure of enlightenment between institutional investors and corporate leaders and directors.
