The annual Corporate Governance Conference
brings together senior executives, board members and institutional
investors from around the world for a series of panel discussions on global governance.
These discussions on current issues in business are designed
to stimulate interaction among attendees. Sponsored by
the Kellogg School of Management, Spencer Stuart and
Booz Allen Hamilton, the goals of the conference are: to
inspire lively discussion, healthy debate and ultimately
act as a measure of enlightenment between institutional
investors and corporate leaders and directors. A transcript
of the Corporate Governance proceedings are also published
each year and distributed to attendees. Attendance is by
