Who Should Attend
This program is designed for high-level managers who shape their organization’s manufacturing vision, such as manufacturing and materials managers who want to formulate an operations strategy and to improve their existing systems. The program is also beneficial for manufacturing engineers who seek to justify the cost of improvement projects, and for production-control specialists who handle the interplay between the many measures and controls in a manufacturing system. Many companies find it especially helpful to sponsor a team of participants to the program. Attending as a team produces a shared vocabulary and learning experience that encourages the application of new concepts and ideas to company issues. Special study groups, pricing and other arrangements are available to companies sponsoring teams of at least four participants. Please contact us to learn more.
