As markets open to global competition, it is important that executives from Brazilian and Latin American companies be effective at strategizing and succeeding in environments of rapid change. This program is designed to help participants develop the knowledge and skills to formulate and execute effective strategies for their organizations. It provides an understanding of how political, economic, technological, social and competitive forces affect a firm's opportunities and challenges. Classes in Brazil are conducted in Portuguese; classes is the USA are conducted in English with simultaneous translation into Portuguese.

Who Should Attend

Managers and executives with 10 or more years of work experience, who are perceived by their companies as having the potential for hierarchical promotion or for assuming significant additional responsibilities through job enrichment or lateral transfer are encouraged to attend.
