Key Highlights

To personalize the experience, participants will be required to bring to the program an in-depth knowledge of a high-priority growth initiative at their company that is ready to be implemented. As they progress through the program, participants will prepare their own Growth Implementation Journal to begin applying the concepts presented in the program. The journals will be critiqued by the faculty during and after the program.

 
Pedagogical Methods

The program will use a combination of lectures, case studies, action learning exercises, and the Growth Implementation Journal – an innovative tool for capturing and contextualizing the learning to each participant’s specific business issues.
