Enrollment Criteria & Policies
The fee for each program (payable in U.S. dollars) includes tuition, program materials, accommodations for the duration of the program, and all meals, coffee breaks, and receptions. Enrollment is confirmed only upon receipt of full payment.

Resume
In addition to submitting the application form, a current resume is required to complete your application. Please fax this separately to 847-491-8002 or e-mail as an attachment to exed-registrar@kellogg.northwestern.edu. Attachments must be in Microsoft Word format. Applicants will be notified about their admission status approximately two weeks after the completed application is received.

Payment
Payment may accompany application or will be due upon receipt of invoice. Please make check payable to the Kellogg School of Management. Contact the Registrar at Executive Education if you need information on wiring international payments.

Cancellation
Because attendance at a Kellogg School executive program requires significant advance preparation and demand often exceeds capacity, it is important that you contact us in a timely manner if you must cancel or defer your attendance. To receive a full refund of tuition, notice of cancellation must be received more than 30 days in advance of the program start date. Participants who cancel less than 30 days in advance will not receive a refund but may nominate an acceptable substitute or attend a future session of the same program within one year.

Please note: Occasionally, demand for programs requires that participants stay at a nearby hotel. If that is necessary, you will be notified upon receipt of your application and all arrangements (including daily transportation between the hotel and the Allen Center) will be made for you. It is expected that participants have their own health insurance that is valid in the United States. The University is not responsible for medical expenses incurred by participants during the program.
