Prepare yourself to anticipate, recognize, and lead in times of crisis. Today, companies are increasingly at risk of aggressive legal action, negative media coverage, social pressure, and political and regulatory risks. In this program, the Kellogg School’s world-class strategy and organizational management faculty challenges the prevailing view of crises as public relations or communications issues. Using a rich set of case studies and crisis simulation exercises, the program provides cutting-edge frameworks and tools to improve your strategic thinking, team management, leadership, and communication skills in high-stress situations.
The program culminates in a half-day crisis-management simulation that equips managers to prepare for and manage crises effectively, turning challenges into opportunities.
