Optional faculty facilitated peer group consulting session.  If you would like input from peer participants and faculty on your specific people challenges, you can sign up for small group consulting sessions. You will gain multiple perspectives to help you with your people related issues.

In action learning groups, participants will work with other participants to develop concise summary documents of the key learning points from the courses in the program.

Participants will leave with a tailored action plans that they craft as they go through the program in action learning groups.
