Who Should Attend
Participants should have hands-on responsibility for important strategic planning/strategic management initiatives or be engaged in strategic management consulting. This program is less helpful for those interested exclusively in positioning and marketing strategy or in the day-to-day implementation of strategy. Basic understanding of quantitative methods and introductory economics is assumed. Teams from businesses developing long-run strategies are encouraged to attend.
