Who Should Attend

The program is designed for executives who make or contribute to decisions that have significant financial implications. This includes anyone with profit-and-loss responsibility, and managers in marketing, operations, human resources, and engineering. No background in finance is required.

Since participants come from diverse industries and functional areas, the program provides an excellent opportunity to network and exchange ideas with those who have similar decision-making authority.

Many companies find it especially helpful to sponsor a team of participants to the program. Attending as a team produces a shared vocabulary and learning experience that encourages the application of new concepts and ideas to company issues.
