Custom Designed Nonprofit Management Programs
The Kellogg School is a pioneer in customized executive education, providing rigorous, relevant learning opportunities for the leaders of for profit and nonprofit organizations as well as governmental agencies. Through the Center for Nonprofit Management, Kellogg designs, develops and delivers programs to meet the specific learning needs of organizational leaders.
Working in cooperation your senior organizational leaders, Kellogg School faculty assess the learning needs and capacities of the potential participants; create a preliminary academic design; evaluate and refine that design by hosting focus groups and conversations with organization teams including board members, senior staff and volunteers; and deliver an outstanding executive education program building the strength of your organization. These custom programs bring together the resources of our world-renown faculty and seasoned nonprofit or government practitioners to address today’s issues for your leaders.
Custom programs range from one-day programs addressing a single topic to five-day programs providing a broader view of leadership and management. Audiences can include senior organizational leaders, board members, emerging leaders and/or volunteer leaders.
