Here at the Kellogg School, we design custom programs that enable
organizations to re-examine old processes and challenges with new
eyes. We focus on you - and what you need to obtain results.
Working with your organization, we dedicate ourselves to helping
your organization develop the knowledge and skills you need to
formulate clear, comprehensive strategies. More importantly, we
help you to translate these strategies into coordinated, multifunctional
actions. We will broaden your perspective, help you to manage change
successfully, and enable you to compete more effectively in today's
dynamic marketplace.
We believe in service and the power of education to effect change,
and we are proud to have assisted companies like Motorola, International
Paper, Baker & McKenzie and British Petroleum in revolutionizing
their business designs and increasing their profitability.
An Interactive Process
Custom programs at the Kellogg School begin in the same manner that they are
designed and delivered: with dialogue. We pride ourselves on treating you
as real people rather than requests, so we invite you to email us, or call us at (847) 467-7200 to discuss your company's goals
and objectives. After determining whether your needs match our capabilities,
we will prepare a program proposal for your company to review.

An Innovative Curriculum
With three general management programs and over 35 successful open-enrollment
programs, we have a wealth of knowledge and experience that can be leveraged
to focus on your target issues.
Our custom general management programs typically last three or
four weeks, while our focused-topic programs range from three to
five days. Our executive development programs are structured to
reflect what has become the hallmark of Kellogg culture: an emphasis
on group work and team-oriented learning.
Details
Kellogg custom programs typically require between six and nine months to plan
and execute. Faculty are assigned based on the expertise an organization
requires.
Kellogg requires a minimum of 40 participants for a custom program.
All participants who successfully complete each program will receive
a certificate of completion from the Kellogg School.
