Given Kellogg’s emphasis on teamwork, it follows that study groups are an essential part of the EMBA experience. Many class projects are assigned to these crossfunctional teams, rather than to individual students. When forming study groups, every effort is made by the staff to provide a diversity of skills among students and create opportunities for peer tutoring. In the Regional Program, study groups are assigned by geographic location and skills, meeting off campus once a week to discuss current coursework. In the North American Programs, students meet with their groups while staying at the Allen Center on alternate weekends.
