Executive MBA students complete two years of study in general management, leading to an MBA degree. The program serves mid-career executives who have at least 8-10 years of managerial experience, as well as senior executives who wish to enhance their skills and leadership effectiveness. A majority of our students have an average of 12-15 years of work experience.
Teamwork is the hallmark of the Kellogg Executive MBA (EMBA) experience,
both in and out of the classroom.
As they learn, Executive MBA students are able to immediately apply both functional and managerial skills in their jobs. The concentrated studies curriculum integrates all managerial disciplines within management's economic, social and political environments.
