Kellogg
in the City
Wieboldt
Hall, home to many generations of business school students,
has undergone a $15 million reconstruction, which was completed
in the fall of 1998.This expansion was an ambitious plan
to transform Wieboldt Hall into a superior facility providing
a state-of-the-art facility for Kellogg's current management
students enrolled in The Manager's Program. This expansion
was the most extensive since the construction of the building
in 1926. It added four new floors in an annex on the Superior
Street side of the building, which includes six classrooms,
a student reading room, 16 small rooms for group study
so integral to Kellogg life, two new elevators and new
faculty and administrative offices. In addition, it created
a new atrium entrance and a cafe as well as renovating
the current classrooms on the first and second floor. We
are soliciting support from alumni, corporations and foundations
to fund part of the renovation costs. Specific naming opportunities
are available throughout the building and all donors will
be recognized in our materials. The address of the new
building is 340 E. Superior Street.
