Evening & Weekend Application

Deadlines

Exchange applications will be done in two rounds. If a student is highly interested in a particular school(s), we recommend that he or she apply during Round 1. We cannot guarantee that all partner schools will have spaces available for Round 2. Typically, several schools close during Round 1.

Note: Students interested in programs taking place in early Winter 2018 (i.e. January) must apply during Round 1.

Application Process

Students may apply to a maximum of 3 programs. Each application will be considered on its own merit in comparison with the other applications for that particular school. Applying to multiple schools does not affect a student’s chances of being assigned to their first choice.

Spaces at the programs are limited, so it is not possible to guarantee a spot to every interested student. Students may apply to more than one program if they are interested; however, they will be asked to rank their program preferences.

Students may study abroad on more than one program, but preference will be given to students who have not yet participated in any exchange program.

Please complete the following steps all in direct sequence:
  • Step 1: Complete the Exchange Application Survey
  • Step 2: Submit application materials as an email attachment to Global Programs at exchangeprogram@kellogg.northwestern.edu
