    Teams of students are welcome to apply for the 2017 Kellogg Biotech & Healthcare Case Competition, sponsored by AbbVie. The competition will be on January 21, 2017 at Kellogg’s campus in Evanston, Illinois. The competition brings together some of the brightest healthcare students in the world. In recent years, we have hosted teams from schools including Harvard, Chicago Booth, London Business School, INSEAD, Michigan, Haas (UC Berkeley), Judge (Cambridge), Rutgers, Carlson (Minnesota) and Duke.

    17th Annual Kellogg Business of Healthcare Conference - The Value Proposition: Evaluating the Sustainability of Value Based Care
    This year's conference will examine value-based care, a key component of healthcare reform that impacts your healthcare outcomes and costs.  Two keynote speakers and four panels will discuss what has and has not worked in the implementation of value-based care and how the trend towards such models will continue. A Start-Up Fair will feature representatives from 6-8 innovative companies who are actively developing new products and services to support the transition to value-based care. Healthcare at Kellogg Series - Fall 2016
This Fall Quarter, the Healthcare Club is launching a bootcamp, where our faculty provide an overview of the healthcare industry through a series of lectures. This is a great way to address some of the concerns reported by students who have an interest in healthcare as a potential career field but feel intimidated by the institutional knowledge of some of their classmates in this area.  The sessions will be held from 12:15pm-1:15pm on the dates below.

Visiting Executive Program- Fall/Spring
The Visiting Executive Program provides students an opportunity to connect with leading healthcare executives. HEMA facilitates meetings in the fall and spring quarters, and the mentor/mentee relationship continues in between at mutually agreeable intervals.

MacEachern Symposium – Spring 2017
Each year, the HEMA program convenes a group of health care experts for the MacEachern Symposium. This 2/3-day program includes two keynote lectures, one by a leading academic and a second by a leading industry practitioner. The symposium features distinguished speakers and business leaders from around the nation to discuss the most pressing issues in the healthcare industry.
