Jerred A. Pauwels is the Factory Manager in Deere & Company's JD Tianjin Construction Works. Mr. Pauwels will be overseeing the development of a new $50 million facility to manufacture construction equipment in the Tianjin Economic-Technological Development Area in China. Prior to his current role, Mr. Pauwels served as a Director of Corporate Strategy, Director of International Finance, and Director of Operations for Agricultural Services, all with Deere & Co. Jerred received a B.S. in Accounting at University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign in 1993 and an MBA from Harvard University in 1999.
Kevin Wei Wang is a Partner with McKinsey & Company, based in Shanghai. Kevin is a co-leader of McKinsey's Globalization Service Line focusing on Greater China. Mr. Wang has been serving leading Chinese and multinational clients in telecom, high tech and industrial sectors. His functional expertise includes Global Operating Model, Post Merger Integration, and Technology enabled business transformation.
Before joining McKinsey, Mr. Wang worked many years in the financial-services and information-technology sectors. Mr. Wang has an M.B.A. with distinction from INSEAD, France. He also holds a Bachelor's Degree in Communication Engineering from Shanghai Jiao Tong University, China.
Siva Yam is the President of the U.S.-China Chamber of Commerce, a non-profit organization founded by Prescott Bush, Jr. (President George H. W. Bush's brother). Mr. Yam holds a CPA and CFA and was an investment banker with over 20 years of experience in mergers & acquisitions, public offerings, private placements of securities, venture financing and privatization. Mr. Yam is the Managing Director of Siva Yam & Associates, LLC, a private consulting and boutique investment banking firm which specializes in cross-border business and trade activities between the U.S. and Asia, in particular, The Greater China Region. Mr. Yam also advises a number of venture funds and corporations, and serves on the Advisory Board of the Federal Reserve Bank in Chicago and the North America Representative Office of Shenzhen. Mr. Yam has extensive international experience and has traveled frequently and lived overseas.
