Mr. Michael L. Ducker
President, International, FedEx
Express
Mr. Michael L. Ducker is President, International of FedEx Express. He
is responsible for setting strategy and overseeing business operations
for the company's four international regions, as well as its U.S.
Export business and ExpressFreight Services. Prior to assuming his
current position, Ducker served as president of the company's Asia
Pacific Region. He has held various senior management positions with
FedEx Express including vice president for the Southern European Region.
Mr. Ducker earned his master's degree from the Kellogg School of
Management at Northwestern University and Hong Kong University of
Science and Technology. In January 2003, Ducker was appointed by
President Bush as one of three business people to represent the United
States on the Asia Business Advisory Council, an adjunct to the Asia
Pacific Economic Cooperation. Ducker serves on the Board of Directors
for Crichton College, Junior Achievement Worldwide, Coalition of
Service Industries, the U.S.-China Business Council, the National
Committee on U.S.-China Relations, and the United States Chamber of
Commerce.

Mr. Huagang Zhang
President, Gemdale Corporation
Mr. Huagang Zhang is Key
Member of the Board and President of the Gemdale Corporation. Mr. Zhang
was appointed to this position on March, 1999 and he served as Senior
President in charge of overall business operating in Gemdale
previously.
He began his career in
Gemdale Corporation from 1993. Since then, Mr. Zhang has held a series
of leadership positions, including Vice President for Strategy and
Business Development, CFO for corporate finance. Mr. Zhang has been
playing a key role in creating and leading Gemdale's expansion and
growth, rising to fame from the corporate management practice, building
the largest specialized residential development organization in the
industry, as well as pioneering the new form of Real Estate Funds.
Mr. Zhang is Senior
Economist and an MBA from School of Management, State University of New
York in Buffalo. In recognition of his leadership role as Vice
president of Shenzhen Real Estate Association (SREA), his contribution
for industry, and his many business accomplishments, Mr. Zhang was
awarded "top 10 people in China Real Estate" in 2004.
