Promoting Your Company

Atrium Hours

Atrium Hours offer a unique opportunity for company representatives to meet and network with students in an informal atmosphere. Held in the Levy Atrium, the hub of student activity at Kellogg, Atrium Hours provide companies with substantial exposure and access to the student body. Companies will be provided with one 6 foot table in the Atrium to use at any time between 8:30-5:00. Atrium Hours are recommended for companies to host either in addition to or in lieu of other corporate promotion events.

Additional Logistics: Atrium Hours will be held beginning on Monday, October 1st. Up to three companies may host Atrium Hours per day. Companies may sign up for no more than two Atrium Hours per school year.

Cost: There is no cost for holding atrium hours.

Attendees: Given the limited space, we recommend that companies send no more than two company representatives to Atrium Hours.

Company Literature & Display: Companies may bring literature, table banners and giveaways to Atrium Hours.

Resume Book: We recommend marketing Atrium Hours through use of the resume book.

Sign Up: We will begin accepting requests for Atrium Hours the same time as all other company promotion events (June 3rd at 11:00 AM CDT). You will need a username and password to enter the Career Management System for Employers and sign up for Atrium Hours.

If you have a username and password for the Career Management System from Interview Reservation Sign Up it may be still be used.

If your company is new to the Career Management System please contact an Industry Relationship Manager for a username and password.
