We have valet parking available at the
loading dock behind the Jacobs Center. For more information,
see Valet Parking below. Information
will also be sent to your company contact closer to
your interview date.
Interview
Dates: January 14 thru January 18, 2008
(No Valet Service)
For those companies interviewing during this week, please contact
our office at least 2 weeks prior to your interview
date so that we can send you a parking pass and a map
to the appropriate parking lots.
Presentation parking
For
noontime presentations in the Jacobs Center, please
contact your account manager if you will be driving
to campus, so that a parking pass and a map can be sent
to you. For evening presentations in the Jacobs Center,
a parking pass is not required to park in University
lots after 4:30 pm.
VALET
PARKING
Mornings
-- valet available from 7:00 am to 9:00 am
- Follow
the signs to the service drive and the loading dock.
The service drive can be accessed from Sheridan Road
by turning into the large parking lot (just north
of our building and south of the Garrett-Evangelical
Theological Seminary) and then making a quick right
turn onto the service drive. (A campus map is available
here).
Signs will be posted to help direct you to the valet
area at the loading dock.
- Leave
your flashers on.
- The
valet will take your keys and will ask you to help
fill out a brief information card.
- Come
into the building. Signs will be posted directing
you to your interview rooms.
During
the day -- before 4:00 pm
- Come
to the CMC front desk to pick up your keys and a map
of the location of your car.
Afternoons
-- shuttle service available from 4:00 pm to
7:00 pm
- A
shuttle will be running approximately every 10 minutes
to the parking lot where your car is parked.
- The
shuttle will pick up at the loading dock where you
dropped off your car.
Please
Note: If you are arriving or leaving outside
of the hours posted above, there will be no valet/shuttle
service. If you have already dropped off your car, it
is a 5-10 minute walk to the parking lot; we will provide
you with your keys and a map to the location of your
car if you come to the CMC front desk before 4:00 pm.
