Full-time and summer internship recruiting has never been easier with the Resume Referral Program (RRP).

What is the Resume Referral Program?
RRP runs throughout the spring and summer to match student interests with your openings. We maintain a database of students' career interests, and can quickly generate a packet of resumes for your opportunity. No waiting for applications. Only one email from the CMC.

Please note: This is a program for current students only -- no alumni resumes are sent.

How does it work?
You fill out the form and we will take it from there. Once your form is submitted, we locate students who are interested in the job function, company industry and geographic location (note: geography is considered for full-time positions only). After the students are matched, you will receive a resume bundle via email, and these students will have access to your job description. Once you have reviewed the resumes, you can reach out directly to any candidate in whom you have an interest.

Why RRP instead of a job posting?

• RRP is fast. You will have a packet of resumes in under 2 business days. It can often take several weeks to generate the same amount of resumes from a job posting.
• RRP is easy. You will only get one email with all of the resumes.
