When you are done viewing your schedule, close the window to return to this section of the Career Management Center for Employers web site.
Please note that changes in scheduling are much more difficult as we move closer to the interview dates.
Students will submit requests for a Closed interview slot through their online system. You will be able to view these requests through the Career Management System (CMS) for Employers. The system allows you to view, print and forward to colleagues the cover letters and resumes of interested students.
Once you have selected the candidates you wish to invite, they can be marked as invited through the system, up to the number of slots you have available. The CMS for Employers will list exact invite numbers for your Closed interviews. (See charts below.)

You are not limited to interviewing only the students who applied for your position. If you have seen a student’s resume in the resume database or met a student at an event and find them to be a good fit for the position, you can search for them by last name in the CMS for Employers and invite them to your schedule.
The Career Management Center will schedule all interview times through the online CMS for Employers. If you would like to make alterations to the times on your schedule please contact your Industry Relationship Manager before students have been slotted into times. Students have the ability to change timeslots with each other up until 2 business days before the interview.
We also recommend that any students of interest above the number of invites allowed should be identified as alternates (in order of preference). Alternates are automatically promoted onto your closed schedule in preferential order as cancellations occur.
Once you have finalized your closed list invitations through the CMS system, the students will be automatically notified of your invitation, though companies may also elect to notify candidates directly.
The CMC is dedicated to helping your recruiting experience at Kellogg run smoothly. To this end, we have a few suggestions that should help you manage your schedules and interviews efficiently.
A Month Prior to On-Campus Interview Dates: Please confirm your recruiter's interview-day availability before bidding ends for the round in which you are recruiting. While it is very easy for us to make changes to your interview schedule times before bidding ends, it is very difficult to do once bidding is over. Interview-time changes requested after bidding ends can only be made by an Industry Relationship Manager with the student’s consent. This is also a good time to confirm flight and hotel reservations for the recruiting team.
48 Hours Prior to Interview Date: Two business days before your recruiting date, we will send you an email letting you know that your final schedules are ready to view/print through the online system. These will include the names, telephone numbers and e-mail addresses of the students you will be meeting. It may also include the names of interested students who were unable to obtain an interview slot and are on the waitlist. The online system also allows you to view and print the resumes of the students on your schedule.
Day of Interview: Your recruiter will receive a packet containing this schedule (with any last-minute changes) and the corresponding resumes when they arrive on the scheduled interview day. The packet will also contain the resumes of students who were interested in your opportunity but were waitlisted.
Any changes to the final schedule(s) must be approved and executed by your Industry Relationship Manager in the Kellogg Career Management Center.
Last Minute Scheduling Changes: Should any emergency issues arise once your interview schedules are filled (travel cancellations due to inclement weather, recruiter illness, etc.), please contact your Industry Relationship Manager as soon as possible. Rather than cancelling your interviews, we may be able to offer options that will satisfy the needs of both your recruiters and the students.
