Frequently
Asked Questions
What
is my login ID?
Your unique login id (also referred to as your user name or
account id) identifies you to the server and is needed any
time you access your account or attempt to make profile changes.
For Full-time,
TMP and EMP alumni your id is the first initial of your first
name, your last name and the year you graduated. For example,
alumnus John Smith who graduated in 1997 would have an alumni
account id of: jsmith1997
For Executive
Education alumni your id is the first initial of your first
name plus your last name followed by -exed. For example, alumnus
John Smith would have an alumni account of: jsmith-exed

Why
doesn't my new password work?
If your new password doesn't work and you've changed your
password in the past 30 minutes, please try again later. It
can sometimes take 30 minutes or more for your new password
to be updated throughout the system.
If you
have Windows XP and have used the AutoComplete or Remember
my Password feature, your system may have cached your old
password. If so, your system will try to access the web site
using your old password, even though you're typing in your
new one. To clear any cached passwords, open your Internet
browser and go to Tools-->Internet Options-->Content-->AutoComplete-->Clear
Passwords and clear out any old passwords.
