under its former title are not required to take REAL-442
to obtain the major. However, they may still elect to
take REAL-442

required for the major.
Please note that returning students
(those who began their course work before June 2007)
who have already taken REAL-442
and REAL-464
under their former titles only need to take two additional
REAL courses to obtain the major.
Please
note that returning students can count REAL-446,
Real Estate Investments I, a course that is no longer
being offered, toward the major as one of three required
electives.
