The
Carol and Larry Levy Social Entrepreneurship Lab
Fellowship
Program
The SEEK program, through the Levy Social Entrepreneurship Lab, will provide Fellowship funding to students pursuing social entrepreneurial opportunities immediately following graduation. These Fellowships may be one month to one year in length. Applications will be considered on a case by case basis and awards will vary in monetary amount.
Successful applicants will be selected based on their enthusiasm, commitment to the program, academic, and professional experience. Prior experience or career goals in the social enterprise sector are neither a prerequisite nor an advantage in the selection process. Fellows must be able to clearly articulate what they hope to gain from their experience and how their efforts will benefit the host organization.
The Levy Social Entrepreneurship Lab Fellowships build on the success of the Beacon Capital Partners Fellows Program which was offered from 2006-2009. For information on the Beacon Capital Partners Fellowship Program history click here.
Application Process
To apply, students must complete and submit the Levy Social Entrepreneurship Lab Fellowship application (PDF 72 KB) to Taurean Egan-Henderson, SEEK Program Administrator, at t-egan@kellogg.northwestern.edu. The deadline for submissions is May 1, 2009. Applicants will be notified of the selection decision via e-mail.
