Summary: The project(s) are focused on helping the organization develop strategies and plans that will increase revenue as well as developing metrics, processes and procedures to ensure operational efficiencies and effectiveness. Work will include pricing studies and margin analysis; development of marketing plans for new products; research of best practices and development of recommendations and development of business processes and procedures for Health and Safety operation.

Summary: The fellowship project will work on increasing the presence of KaBOOM! in the non-profit market and increasing public awareness of KaBOOM! as an expert in the issue of play. Projects will include developing business processes and procedures for the implementation of green initiatives;development of a cross-organizational plan for the organization's presence and e-marketing, branding, and positioning using the KaBOOM! website; develop a marketing and fundraising plan using industry best practices to more effectively utilize online marketing and fundraising to support the strategic initiatives of KaBOOM!

Summary: Fellow will likely fill interim COO role managing special projects critical to long-term growth. Such work will entail developing new service model configurations in 100 farmer trials, managing new district launches, developing new partners, adding new products to the market bundle and developing new markets for crops.

Summary: Fellow will work with the CEO and VP Global Services on the Network Business Plan and Budget. Responsibilities will likely entail industry analysis, writing of plan narratives, monitoring of plan performance and budget process, support feasibility studies and business development of new products and services and develop CEO presentations to boards and for conferences and other purposes as necessary.

Summary: The Fellow (Director of Strategy & Organizational Growth) will work directly with our CEO & Founder, Wendy Kopp, and our President, Matt Kramer, out of our national office in New York City, to lead high-impact initiatives and play a critical role in shaping the direction of an organization that is working to close the achievement gap. The Fellow will manage cross-cutting strategic projects, focused on our organizational growth, alongside senior leaders in our organization through rotations based on Fellow interest in individual departments: finance, growth strategy & development, human assets, marketing & communications, program, and regional operations. This work will be based around our current strategic plan.

Summary: The Fellow would work with one or more member of the Executive team. The Fellow would serve in the Entrepreneur in Residence (EIR) program, a new initiative within Unitus and that is an “entrepreneur incubator”. The entrepreneurs may or may not have a business idea when they enter the program- most EIRs will incubate businesses in the financial infrastructure space. Entrepreneurs would incubate profitable high-impact business models, contribute to the EIR program and assist MFIs and other social entrepreneurs with their businesses.
