Beacon Capital Fellowship recipients

Congratulations to Kellogg graduate Jamie Jones who received the 2009 Outstanding Graduate Student award, presented by the Greater Chicago Chapter of the American Society for Public Administration (ASPA) during their 29th Annual Public Service Recognition Awards Program. Jamie is pictured with the The Honorable Dawn Clark Netsch (left) and ASPA President Bruce Rodman (right).  

Jamie Jones receives ASPA Outstanding Graduate Award!

06/2009 — On Friday, May 8, 2009 the Greater Chicago Chapter of the American Society for Public Administration (ASPA) held their 29th Annual Public Service Recognition Awards Program.  President Bruce Rodman gave the welcome address and then announced the Adlai Stevenson Public Service Award winner, The Honorable Dawn Clark Netsch.  The Honorable Netsch’s address was followed by The Outstanding Graduate Student and Model Administrator/Alumnus Awards.  Jamie Jones, a second year graduate student at the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University was among those recognized for her work on Home Clean Home, a business designed to eliminate asthma disparities in greater Chicago, and her work with the Social Enterprise at Kellogg (SEEK) Program.
