Major & Requirements
Real estate study at the Kellogg School is greatly enhanced by the school's proximity to Chicago. The city is home to some of the nation's most successful entrepreneurs in real estate development, financing and investment — a natural laboratory for the study of real estate.
In addition to the courses we offer, the Real Estate Program also gives students opportunities throughout the year to learn from leaders in the field. Each year, we sponsor an academic conference that explores current challenges and opportunities in real estate, an executive speaker series, a distinguished alumni panel, and a host of professional guest speakers.
