One example of a recent custom program:
The Health Industry Management Program has had a long, robust and fruitful relationship with the American Orthopaedic Association, a prestigious national and international society for leading orthopaedic surgeons. To date, we have developed and delivered 18 leadership seminars for the association’s members and will continue to hold programs for them in 2008 and 2009. These programs consisted of an initial set of three weekend offerings focused on various aspects of leadership development. These sessions proved to be extremely successful and those orthopedists who completed the first three modules wanted more. Again we surveyed AOA members’ needs, a Request for Proposals was sent to 20 business schools for responses, and Kellogg was again selected to offer the three subsequent modules, which include such areas as finance and personnel management.
