Faculty Advisors

David Dranove is the Walter McNerney Distinguished Professor of Health Industry Management at Northwestern University's Kellogg Graduate School of Management, where he is also Professor of Management and Strategy. He received his PhD in Econimics from Stanford. His newest book, Code Red, is published by Princeton University Press. His office hour are by appointment.

Alicia Loffler, Ph.D is the Director and Clinical Professor of Biotechnology at Kellogg. Her areas of interest are Industry Trends,Technology Assessments, Innovation and Strategic Assessment.She received her Ph.D. from the Univeristy of Massachusetts and a post doctoral fellowship at CalTech.

Joel Shalowitz, MD, MBA is the Director and Professor of Health Enterprise Mangement Program at Kellogg. His areas of interest are Healthcare Management, Healthcare Quality, Hospital/Physician Relations, International Healthcare and Managed Care Systems. He received his MBA from Northwestern Unviersity and his MD from Brown University. His latest book is Strategic Marketing For Health Care Organizations: Building A Customer-Driven Health System (Jossey-Bass, 2008) with Philip Kotler and Robert J. Stevens.

Sangeeta Vohra is Adjunct Professor and Associate Director of the Center for Biotechnology at the Kellogg School of Management. She joined Kellogg in 2002. Her expertise lies in translating the complex technologies for business students who do not have a background in life sciences. She received her Ph.D in microbiology from University of New Hampshire. She did her post doctoral fellowship at the Ohio State University
