Cancellation
Procedures
Students
may cancel no later than 5:00 PM the Friday prior to the Wednesday
appointment
Students
must email
The Levy Institute AND call Brenda McDaniel (491-3255)
with the cancellation request AND must submit a cancellation
request in Meeting Maker.
Cancellations
after 5:00 PM Friday result in permanent expulsion from the
program, unless the student communicates that they have a
significant contagious illnesses or death in the family.
