Introduction

Biotech: Science and Technology for Managers

Given the importance of Biotechnology in the current market, Science-literate managers are not only desirable but essential. The Kellogg School recognizes that many of the MBA students participating in the HEMA major may not have a command of the underlying science that supports the biotechnology industry. In the fall quarter we offer a Boot Camp (HEMA 910) for students with no science background. The purpose is to provide the students with the enabling language to understand the current biotech literature. Our Boot Camp Saturday is designed to provide a vision of current and future developments as well as needs in the biotechnology industry.
