Sally Blount

Sally Blount '92 was named dean of the Kellogg School in 2010, where she is also the Michael L. Nemmers Professor of Management and Organizations. Prior to joining Kellogg, she served as dean of the undergraduate college and vice dean of New York University’s Stern School of Business. Before that, she was a faculty member at the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.

Robert McDonald

Robert McDonald became senior associate dean of faculty and research in 2013. McDonald, the Erwin P. Nemmers Professor of Finance, has been a Kellogg faculty member since 1984. He has also served as Finance Department chair.

Therese McGuire Therese McGuire was named senior associate dean of curriculum & teaching in 2014. She holds the ConAgra Food Research Professorship in Strategic Management and is the Director of the Guthrie Center for Real Estate Research.

Elizabeth Ziegler Elizabeth “Betsy” Ziegler is Chief Innovation Officer – Education and Technology. Before joining the Kellogg School in 2011, she served as a principal in McKinsey & Company’s Chicago office where she led the firm’s Life Insurance Operations and Technology practice and co-led its Financial Institutions Operations and Technology practice.
Will Garrett Will Garrett '90 joined Kellogg as associate dean of executive education in 2012. Before Kellogg, he worked in McKinsey & Company’s Chicago office for 17 years as a partner advising the leadership of major global corporations in strategy, growth and change management.
Greg Hanifee Greg Hanifee, associate dean of executive MBA programs, directs the Evanston and Miami EMBA programs and Kellogg’s Global EMBA Network. He brings to Kellogg more than 25 years of international management experience in telecommunications, consulting and higher education. Most recently he was assistant dean of executive programs at the University of Maryland’s Robert H. Smith School of Business.
Matt Merrick Matthew Merrick is associate dean of MBA operations. Most recently, he served as executive director business analytics and full-time MBA programs, and senior associate dean at Wake Forest University School of Business. He has many years of experience in higher education, with a focus on MBA program growth and graduate placement outcomes, and a background in top-level recruitment and talent acquisition.

Tim Simmonds Tim Simonds '98 is chief marketing and engagement officer. Most recently, he served as vice president and general manager for General Electric’s Healthcare IT Division. Prior to joining GE, he worked at United Airlines as managing director in marketing and merchandising, and began his career with a 13-year tenure at Procter & Gamble.
Andrea Ford

Andrea Ford is the Chief of Staff and Director of Dean's Office Operations. She joined Kellogg in 2013 and brings more than 15 years of experience in program management, organizational structure analysis and process improvement.

Amanda Samuels

Amanda Samuels joined Kellogg as chief communications officer in 2013. She brings more than 18 years of experience in key marketing and communications roles within corporations and as a consultant for a range of industries.

Dennis Hareza

Dennis Hareza is chief finance and administrative officer for Kellogg. He joined the school in 2009. Before that, he worked at PepsiCo for 23 years, most recently serving as the chief financial officer of PepsiCo Chicago.

Carole Cahill

Carole Cahill is executive director for the Office of the Dean. Since joining Kellogg, she has held a variety of roles focused on human resources and facilities management.

Raghu Katakam

Raghu Katakam joined Kellogg as chief information officer in 2012. Prior to joining Kellogg, he served as a Director in Microsoft’s Enterprise Technology Strategy Program and spent more than a decade at Baxter Healthcare, where he held various IT leadership roles of progressively increasing responsibility.

Anise Wiley-Little

Anise Wiley-Little joined Kellogg as Chief Human Capital and Diversity Officer in 2014. She brings more than 20 years of experience in developing and executing human resources and diversity & inclusion strategies for a wide range of organizations and sectors.
