Social Enterprise at Kellogg

In 2005 Kellogg established the Social Enterprise at Kellogg (SEEK) program to provide frameworks and tools to help future managers acquire the skills to excel as socially responsible global leaders. SEEK offers a rigorous, relevant experience for students looking to contribute at the intersection of management and society across all industries. Because today's market often demands interdisciplinary awareness and acumen, SEEK draws on Kellogg faculty from multiple disciplines: Distinguished scholars in political economy join with other experts in social enterprise whose research ranges from social psychology to public policy and nonprofit management. With SEEK, our faculty has developed a curriculum to give students the skills to manage successfully in many areas, in both the for- and nonprofit worlds, including government entities, educational institutions, social service agencies, management consulting, corporate social responsibility and financial services.
