As Oracle's Vice President of Global Public Policy, Mr. Alhadeff is responsible for coordinating and managing Oracle's international and Internet-related policy issues.

As Chief Privacy Strategist, Mr. Alhadeff oversees Oracle's strategic planning and advocacy related to privacy, personal information protection and management across all Oracle operations and product areas as well as global fora.

In addition to his role at Oracle, Mr. Alhadeff serves a prominent role in several influential international organizations dedicated to Internet policy, security and privacy. Mr Alhadeff serves as the BIAC Chair to the OECD ICCP Committee, head of industry delegation to the OECD Security Steering Group, and a Vice Chair of the International Chamber of Commerce's Digital Economy Committee. In the EU, Mr. Alhadeff serves as Chair of the Data Protection, Governance and Identity Management working group of the EU Expert Group on Cloud Computing. In the US, Mr. Alhadeff chairs the Digital Economy Committee for the US India Business Council, co-chairs EABC's Information Governance working group and is Vice Chair of USCIB's Information Policy Committee. Mr. Alhadeff is also the Chair of the US ASEAN's Malaysia Committee, Vice-Chair of the US-ASEAN Business Council's Technology Committee and serves on the NCAPEC Board. Mr Alhadeff also serves on the advisory boards of the Digital Security Council of India, and Wiredkids.org.

Prior to joining Oracle, Mr. Alhadeff was General Counsel and Vice President for Electronic Commerce for the US Council for International Business (USCIB) in New York. Mr. Alhadeff holds an M.B.A. in management and information systems from New York University, Leonard N. Stern School of Business and a J.D. from Boston University School of Law, and a B.A. from Oberlin College.

Brian Fitzpatrick

Engineering Manager and Founder of Google's Data Liberation Front

Brian Fitzpatrick started Google's Chicago engineering office in 2005 and now leads several of Google's Chicago engineering efforts, including the Data Liberation Front, and Transparency Engineering. He also serves as internal advisor for Google's open data efforts, having previously led the Google Code and Google Affiliate Network teams. Prior to joining Google, Brian worked as an engineer at CollabNet, Apple, and a local Chicago development shop.

Brian has been an active open source contributor for over thirteen years. A core Subversion developer from 2000 to 2005, he was also the lead developer of the cvs2svn utility. He is a member of the Apache Software Foundation and former VP of Public Relations for the ASF. Brian has written numerous articles and given dozens of presentations, including co-writing "Version Control with Subversion" (now in its second edition) as well as chapters for "Unix in a Nutshell" and "Linux in a Nutshell."

Brian has an A.B. in Classics from Loyola University Chicago with a major in Latin, a minor in Greek, and a concentration in Fine Arts and Ceramics. Brian resides in Chicago.

Joe is a Senior Analyst at Forrester Research, serving Customer Intelligence professionals. He is a leading expert on web intelligence, including web analytics, online testing and targeting, mobile measurement, and the online marketing suite. His work focuses on the generation and application of marketing intelligence from digital channels to deliver highly relevant and engaging online and multichannel customer experiences.

Prior to joining Forrester, Joe was the vice president of Platform Strategy at Alterian, where he focused on product strategy, product marketing, analyst relations, and corporate development. Prior to Alterian, he was vice president of marketing and product development at MarketerNet. Joe began his career at Experian, where he held a variety of roles spanning technical project consulting, business development, and product management. Joe serves on the Advisory Board for the Northern Illinois University College of Business Interactive Marketing program is a graduate of the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. He is Pragmatic Marketing Certified for Product Management Knowledge.

Doug Wheeler is co-founder and Chief Operating Officer of Personal (www.personal.com), a digital life management platform that gives individuals the tools to build a private, personal network centered on a data vault where they can control access to their personal information and manage their online identity.

Doug manages Personal's operations, finance, strategy, and business development. He has 16 years of experience in managing global new media and tech companies.

Before Personal, Doug was COO and a member of the founding management team at The Map Network, one of the first online mapping companies. When the company was acquired by mapping giant NAVTEQ in 2006 and then Nokia in 2008, Doug served as Director of Product Management, Location Content Sources and Services.

In 1994, Doug helped to found New World Publishing, which owned and operated three English language print and online business journals in Central Europe, including the Warsaw Business Journal, the Budapest Business Journal, and the Prague Business Journal, where he also served as Publisher from 1996 to 2000.

Doug graduated cum laude with a B.A. from Claremont McKenna College and received his M.B.A. with Honors from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
