From the moment you begin your Kellogg MBA, you will have access to many leadership and professional development programs. Offered at key stages throughout your time at Kellogg, these workshops will help you sharpen your leadership skills and develop new ones.
Leadership Core Series
As a foundation to the Kellogg student experience, all PTMBA students participate in Leadership Core Series (LCS).
LCS begins in your first quarter at Kellogg with a day of team building and community service with your class. In the second quarter, you will learn how to transform into a better leader by way of the 360 Degree Leadership Self-Assessment. LCS concludes when each student receives feedback on the leadership self-assessment and from that they develop individual leadership action plans.
“While we’ve all worked in teams before, working in teams composed of Kellogg-caliber students was a whole new experience,” says Peter Thiraphoj ’10. “It was invigorating to work with individuals who both intellectually challenged each other and supported each other in reaching the team’s goal.”As an anchor to the Kellogg student experience, all Kellogg students participate in the Leadership Core Series (LCS).
