If you’ve taken the GMAT or the GRE and are happy with your score, congratulations; we’ll see you next blog post. If you haven’t taken it, want to take it again or have no idea what a GMAT/GRE is, keep reading. The GMAT is the Graduate Management Admissions Test and the GRE is the Graduate Record Examinations. While the Admissions Committee looks at each applicant as a whole, we do require all applicants to submit a valid GMAT/GRE score.
There are many GMAT/GRE preparation courses and materials available and we do not endorse any specific course. You may want to consult friends and colleagues that have taken the exams to see what materials they recommend. We will use the highest reported overall score (not an average and not a combination of two different scores) when evaluating your application. You can see the breakdown of GMAT scores for our students here. Consider taking the GMAT/GRE sooner rather than later to allow you time to retake the exam if you choose.
